Siki’s Schist Stones


Siki’s Schist is a natural stone of the Greek land, mined at the area between Siki and Neochori Villages on the east side of Pelion Mountain.

It’s main characteristics is its durability in time and weather conditions plus its vivid colors.

Pelion Slates- as so called the Siki’s Schist’s due to the wide range of colors can be used for exterior decorative sollutions such as masonry (wall covering), gardens, roofing slabs, fireplaces, stairs, terraces, as well as cobble stone pavements, squares and other civil works.

Another advantage of using Pelion slates is the fact that they are heat insulating and have anti-skid properties.
